Q) How long will it take to process my order?

A) Orders are normally packed and shipped within 3 working days. During exceptionally busy periods this may be slightly longer but we try our best to post items as soon as possible. Your order will be marked ‘Complete’ on the website when it’s been packed, ready to ship.

A) International delivery times can vary from country to country. Most arrive within 7 - 10 days but occasionally can take longer. All international orders are now tracked, which will allow you to follow the progress of your package.

A) Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis, but only while the order is marked ‘Processing’. If the order status as changed, it is too late to cancel. Please be aware, that any requested refund will be minus the transaction fee (10% of the order value).

Q) What does "print on all six sides" mean?
A)  "Print on all six sides" refers to printing applied to the front, back, two side surfaces of the figure, plus the inner sides of both thighs. This comprehensive six-sided design and printing is intended to add as many details as possible to the figure. We’ve put in every effort to ensure the end result is a more polished, refined piece.

Q) What’s the difference between the "with holes" and "without holes" variants of the ARC Trooper Fives?
A) The main difference is whether the helmet has holes. All other parts are identical. Additionally, the helmet with holes includes a matching rangefinder, while the helmet without holes does not come with this accessory.
